Diskotheca is a brand operated by SR Associates Holdings Limited (Company No. 16931835), registered at 167-169 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 5PF.

We try to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we don’t guarantee everything is perfect at every moment. Event details, line-ups, and dates can change. The latest information lives on this site and on our Instagram.

The design, copy, photos, and code on this site belong to us and our collaborators. Don’t republish them as your own.

Tickets are sold through Ticket Tailor. Their terms apply at the point of purchase, including refunds and order issues. Diskotheca isn’t the merchant of record for ticket sales.

Attending an event is at your own risk. Venues each have their own entry policies, IDs required, etc. — those are listed on the ticket page.

If you join our mailing list, we collect your email and (if you give them) your Instagram handle and phone number. We use these to send a few emails a year about upcoming releases — no more than four to six. We don’t sell or share this data.

Email and SMS sending is handled by Mailchimp, which stores the data on its servers (US-based, with EU/UK data transfer safeguards). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by emailing info@diskotheca.com.

We don’t accept liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website or from third-party services it links to, beyond what we’re required to under English law. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

We may update these terms occasionally. The date at the bottom of the page reflects the most recent change. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of England and Wales.
