Safer spaces

For everyone.

The room

Diskotheca exists for the dance, the records, and the people on the floor. Everyone’s welcome — whatever you look like, who you love, what you wear, how you move. Bring your friends. Make new ones.

Zero tolerance

We don’t accept any of the following at our events:

  • Harassment of any kind — verbal, physical, or photographic
  • Racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, or any other form of discrimination
  • Touching anyone without their clear consent
  • Predatory behaviour or pestering
  • Aggression, fights, or threats

If you do any of these things, you’ll be removed from the venue and barred from future Diskotheca events. We don’t negotiate on this.

If something happens

If you feel uncomfortable, unsafe, or witness something that isn’t right — find one of us. Members of our team are recognisable on the floor and door staff at every venue we work with are briefed.

You can also email info@diskotheca.com anytime, before or after an event. We read every message and respond confidentially. Anonymous reports are welcome.

Drugs and welfare

We don’t condone drug use, but we know it happens. Look after each other, drink water, take breaks. If a friend isn’t doing well, find a member of staff or security — no one will be in trouble for asking for help.

Photography

We sometimes have a photographer at events. They won’t shoot faces without consent, and you can ask them — or us — to delete anything featuring you at any time.
